Privacy
Fill in the bracketed controller details before you publish, and name your host once you choose one. This is a starter for a static site, not legal advice.
The controller of this site is [Your Name, full postal address, email].
Visiting the site
The pages are static files. The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising, embedded media, or fonts from other servers. Type is taken from the device.
The company that hosts the files may process technical data, such as an IP address and the time of a request, in server logs, in order to deliver the page and protect the service. Replace this sentence with the host’s name and a link to its privacy notice after you publish. The site is prepared for Cloudflare Pages or GitHub Pages.
Writing to you
The contact form does not send data to this website. It opens an email to hello@example.com in your own mail program. Nothing is transmitted until you send that email. This website does not host [Product name] and does not accept uploaded failure files.
If you write directly, the message contains whatever you include, together with your email address. Correspondence is used to answer you and, if you become a client, to carry out the engagement. Your mail provider processes the message in order to deliver it.
Basis and retention
Replying to an inquiry is a step toward a possible contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and a legitimate interest in answering people who write (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation requires, and longer only where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. You do not have to send a message. Without a way to reply, a conversation cannot continue.
